Baseball Update
by posted 05/21/2020

Norchester Community,

The Norchester baseball organization hopes that all families are healthy during this time.

Due to recent developments we have had to cancel all baseball activities for the remainder of the summer.  We hope to be able to have a fall season and winter workouts before our 2021 summer season.  Best of luck to all the Norchester players who are moving onto college in the fall, you will be missed.  We hope to see everyone on the baseball field soon.

Please continue to check our website for updates.

Summer Baseball Update
by posted 04/17/2020

To our Norchester Families,
While we are disappointed by the recent cancellation of all American Legion baseball for 2020 due to the COVID19 pandemic, our first priority is the safety and health of our players and families.  As such, all our baseball activities remain on hold for now.  Please be assured that we are in the process of refunding any pre-paid registrations for the 2020 season now and these should show on credit card accounts shortly.  While we remain hopeful that some baseball activity may resume over the summer with other local teams/leagues, we cannot be sure at this uncertain moment.  We wanted you to know that we will do whatever we can to get kids on a baseball field again as soon as safety and regulations permit.  Please keep an eye on the website for any additional information.  Stay Safe and take care of one another.

Paul Kochu Scholarship fund
by posted 02/16/2020

Please consider donating to The Paul Kochu Scholarship Fund

The scholarship is given to an Owen J. Roberts graduating senior with interests in pursuing a career in nursing.  Paul passed away in 2014.  Paul played for Norchester in 2009 and 2011.  He was a great teammate and friend.  His tenacity on the field, especially when running down the first base line was unmatched.  Paul was a Bulldog through and through.  We miss Paul every day and hope you can help by donating.

Thank you,

NYAA (Norchester Baseball)
